She experienced bleeding for about 5 days and then it was every two days. But for the past 2 days, the bleeding has been much in quantity and she is really confused. I have had positional headaches for 16 days, which are worse when standing and relieved when lying down. The CT scan shows sagging of the brain, suggesting a CSF leak, but my doctor wants to treat it as migraines. I have a history of migraines and visual migraines, but nothing like this. I've tried Tylenol, Advil, and a steroid dose pack, but they haven't helped. I'm also experiencing mild deafening in my ears when upright for too long, mild nausea with headaches, and high blood pressure since the headaches started. Where should I start for treatment?

I got my lab results back and they show I have low MCV, MCH, MCHC, and high RBC, with a low A/G ratio. Everything else was normal. My doctor never explained what this means. How long have you had CMV? How old are you? Are you currently using any medications? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
