My left foot is swelling up after a long flight from Minnesota to Thailand. The swelling occurs as the day progresses and is not present when I wake up. I have no pain or noticeable redness. Should I go to a local Thai hospital to get it checked out, and if so, what should they check for?

I am Lawrence Jacobsen, 57, with muscle atrophy and conversion disorder, both lifelong conditions. I have a service dog certified but can't afford a place to stay that is PWD designated. I just got out of the hospital again due to pain and mobility issues. How much do I pay for your time?

I have been having orange/yellow colored chunks in my stool that resemble swollen corn, but I have not eaten any corn in over 10 days. It is present in almost every loose bowel movement. What could this be?

Is it reasonably possible that the use of prescription psychotropic drugs, such as SNRIs, SSRIs, TCAs, neuroleptic agents, and non-benzo anti-anxiety drugs, within therapeutic dosages and indications, could impair an individual's cognitive function or sedation level to the extent that it might influence their recollection of previous events and facts, rendering them unfit to give accurate sworn testimony under penalty for perjury before a court of law in the United States?

I caught flu and had an ear infection in late August. I was prescribed Zinnat 500 mg twice a day, and although my sore throat cleared, there is still fluid behind my eardrum. Now, I have a sore throat again, even though I finished my antibiotic course. Could I have caught flu again, especially since many people around me have it? Additionally, I have IBS and GERD. Could my sore throat be related to these conditions or allergies, given that I have sinus issues and am taking Rhinocort 64 micrograms twice a day?

I have peripheral neuropathy in my hands, feet, and tongue, which has been diagnosed but with no known cause. I'm 39 years old and have had it for about 4 years. The symptoms include slight pain and discomfort, and they seem to worsen with adrenaline release, stress, alcohol, and caffeine. I also have herpes, which exacerbates the condition during flare-ups. I limit my alcohol intake to 15 units a week but occasionally drink more. I've had B12 injections and various tests, including MRI, brain and upper spine scans, blood tests, and nerve conduction tests, all of which came back normal or showed mild to minor neuropathy. What could be causing this and will it continue to progress?
