After being on 40 mg Vyvanse for two weeks, which initially suppressed my appetite, I started experiencing an insatiable appetite that felt painful and desperate, even after eating. Eating more seemed to worsen the issue, and I felt no satiation. I tried high-protein meals and drinking 3 liters of water daily without success. My psychiatrist took me off Vyvanse three days ago, but the hunger has not subsided. I still feel insatiably hungry, my stomach constantly burns, makes gurgly sounds, and I'm constipated. I don't want to eat, but my stomach feels hungry. I tried Tums and Pepcid AC, but they either made it worse or did nothing. What could be going on?

I recently experienced aching in my testicles after engaging in protected oral sex. I was prescribed doxycycline and azithromycin, which resolved the issue.
