I conducted a basic neuro exam on my daughter-in-law and recorded various reflexes and muscle strengths. I was unable to check some reflexes reliably due to lack of equipment. I also couldn't visualize the interior of her eyes and ears. I need to know if this is a sufficient exam to rule out any neurological issues, particularly Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Additionally, I need advice on a suitable moisturizer for dry skin that doesn't sting.
