Good morning sir/madam, yesterday evening I was eating a chicken wing and a small piece of bone got wedged in the corner of the right side of my throat. I tried swallowing rice, using psyllium husk fiber in warm fluid, and gargling with salt water, but nothing worked. The lump in my throat has improved a bit, but I still feel a prickly sensation. I am currently taking cholesterol and blood pressure medication and am 58 years old. I also have a constant cough. What should I do?

I have a constant runny nose for over a week. I've tried different over-the-counter hayfever tablets, but nothing seems to work. The nose constantly drips and feels like it's also dripping down my throat. I'm asthmatic but not sure if this is related. What can I do to stop or control it?

I have been consuming a high amount of oxalates due to eating 2 cups of spinach daily. My recent oxalic acid 24-hour urine test result was 37.8, which is close to the normal high range of 38. I stopped eating spinach due to this elevated level and am now concerned about 'oxalate dumping,' which could deplete my blood of potassium, magnesium, and calcium. Should I monitor my blood levels of potassium, magnesium, and calcium and take another oxalate urine test?
