My mother-in-law has been suffering from a recurring UTI for 4 months. She has taken two antibiotic courses, but they were not effective. She is 67 years old, on a visitor visa in Canada, and most urologists require referrals. What can be done to help her, and is there any over-the-counter medication that can provide temporary relief?

I have a small pimple or small dot on my breast, not on my nipple, and it seems to go down and come back up after showers. It's been present for about 3 weeks and sometimes irritates when touched or when wearing a bra. What could this be and is there anything I can do about it?

I went in for my annual physical and found that my platelets and neutrophils were lower than normal. I repeated the tests two weeks later, and they were still low. What should I do next, and could this be related to a smoldering infection or bone marrow issue?

I am 30 years old and have a delayed menstrual cycle. I was last sexually active on July 1st, and I took a negative HCG blood test on July 14th. My menstrual cycle was supposed to start on August 8th, but it has not yet. I am concerned about why my cycle has not begun and what I should do. Can you advise?
