My mother-in-law's blood pressure is 83 over 43. Should she be taken to the ER? She takes high blood pressure medicine but hasn't taken any extra. She just got out of the hospital yesterday for a fall but everything checked out OK and they sent her home. They did say that her blood pressure was dropping whenever she stood up and that is why she is so weak in her legs and is falling. She also was dehydrated.

Hey doctor, I was previously concerned about my HIV status and was advised to take a test after 28 days. I took an HIV Duo 4th Generation test after 22 days. Can you review my attached report?

I had an exposure at a massage parlor around 6 months ago where oil was poured on my penis, and a handjob was given, followed by touching inside a vagina and immediately touching my penis. I had sex with my partner 11 days after the exposure. My partner has been experiencing constant diarrhea, a red rash on her back and chest for the past 2 weeks. I have had multiple 10-panel tests, including HIV 4th gen, HIV RNA, gonorrhea, herpes 1,2, Hep A,B,C, and syphilis, all coming back negative at 8 weeks, 12 weeks, and 6 months post-exposure. Can I completely relax with my 6-month negative tests and 100% consider that I am not infected with HIV and didn't transmit it to my partner?

Recently, I had sex with an escort. The condom broke just before insertion, and we immediately changed it. Could this have exposed me to HIV?

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and have difficulty urinating. I was given antibiotics for a UTI, but they haven't helped. I've been advised to hold my pee for 4 hours and then use a catheter to release it. This is very hard for me. What can I do to ease the pain and improve my situation?

I accidentally swallowed a broken tooth and feel a pokey sensation in my chest. The break happened last night, and I haven't used any medication or seen a doctor about it. Is there anything I should be concerned about?
