My mother is 91 years old with osteoporosis and has had numerous UTIs over the past 2-3 years, primarily due to catheterization. She has experienced various infections, including MRSA and now Enterococcus Faecalis. Her urine is slightly milky, and her doctor has suggested seeing an infectious disease doctor if she gets another severe infection. Should I wait for the Enterococcus Faecalis to grow and present a problem before seeking help, or should I seek treatment for Enterococcus Faecalis now?

I had a tubal ligation 6.5 years ago, after my daughter was born. My menstrual cycle has been normal until this month, when it started on September 24 and ended on October 3, which is longer than usual and more like spotting. I haven't taken a pregnancy test. Could I be pregnant or is there something else going on?

I am a 55-year-old woman in excellent health. Over the past week, I have been waking up with a rash/hive-type situation on my inside lower legs that goes away after about an hour. Tonight, I noticed red pinprick dots on the inside of my lower legs that do not fade when pressed. There have been no new soaps, detergents, or creams used. Is this something I should worry about?

I have had severe pelvic pain for several years, along with endometriosis, PCOS, one blocked tube, fibromyalgia, degenerative arthritis in both hips, and Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). I have undergone multiple surgeries and treatments, including a DNC, C-Section, hysteroscope, gallbladder surgery, and two rounds of IVF. I also have difficulty with bowel movements and have developed hemorrhoids from straining. I have lost weight and have a reduced appetite but feel extremely hungry in the mornings. I recently saw a urogynecologist who said my pelvic floor muscles were weak. Could my pelvic/lower abdominal issues be a sign of everything wrong with me, or could there be something else wrong? I have taken two rounds of progesterone to induce my period, but it has not started, with my last dose five days ago.
