My mother, who is 74 years old and fully vaccinated with Pfizer, tested positive for COVID 60 days ago and has since recovered. However, she tested positive again using an antigen test and has been experiencing a dry, consistent cough for the past 5 days. She has had a small amount of phlegm come out only twice during this period. What could be causing her cough and what should we do?

I am a 36-year-old male who experienced a severe headache at the point of orgasm, which subsided with ibuprofen but recurred after drinking alcohol and during physical activity. I am concerned if this could be brain cancer or an aneurysm. What could be causing these headaches and should I be worried about serious conditions?

I tore a piece of skin under my penis head and it's been 3 weeks without healing. I'm 33 years old, using Burlidine on the sore area, and I've self-pleasured a couple of times, possibly worsening the condition. What should I do to ensure proper healing?

Hello Dr. I've recently come in contact with family members who are COVID-19 positive. I'm wondering where I can get a test to go back to work as I don't want to endanger the workplace. I'm experiencing symptoms such as coughing, nasal/lung congestion, headaches, and a seriously running nose. I'm located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, and I'm 48 years old. I'm fully vaccinated with two doses but no booster. How long have I had these symptoms and what type of test should I get?

I have been experiencing worsening symptoms including a sore throat, itchy throat, productive cough, hoarseness, difficulty talking or taking deep breaths without severe coughing, wheezing when exhaling, and a fever of 101.5. I have a history of bronchitis and pneumonia. Should I see a doctor, and what could be causing these symptoms?

I have a TMJ dysfunction with a dislocated and unreduced joint, a buckled disc, and no signs of arthritis. My doctor wants to do a total joint replacement, but I'm unsure if my condition is severe enough for this. What is your opinion on the best treatment option, considering the risks and long-term implications, including the possibility of infections and heterotropic bone growth post-surgery?
