What type of blood tests should I get for fluid or gas on the outside of my gallbladder, which showed up in an MRI, and some discomfort in the gallbladder area and rib? I am taking natural herb products for my gallbladder and liver.

My husband takes 850mg of Glucophage for type 2 diabetes, and his blood sugar is 209, 30 minutes after eating. Should he take extra Glucophage? Additionally, I am on Seroquel and notice that increasing the dose dramatically increases my blood sugar. I am concerned about the long-term effects of Seroquel on my blood sugar levels.

My wife has been an undiagnosed diabetic until about 10 years ago. About 3 years ago, she finally went to the MD. The diagnosis was made but by now she has major problems. She is legally blind. Treatment has been aggressive but not successful. She has been in the hospital for one and is being treated for pneumonia and congestive heart failure which have apparently been corrected. She was scheduled for an ocular procedure. She was given 4 eye drops (Alphagen, Xalatan, Azopt & Istalol) and Diamox. She is currently experiencing illusions (talking to people not in the room, our dog, etc.). She is seeing a nephrologist, cardiologist, neurologist plus her primary care MD. How can we be of assistance?
