My newborn baby is 1 month and 3 days old. When she was 3 weeks old, I gave her 2 oz of water to help with constipation. She has been drinking formula and breast milk ever since. Should I be concerned that I gave her that little bit of water?

I have a swollen leg, sometimes my chest hurts, my heart beats too fast, and I feel lightheaded, dizzy, and tired. I've had a full heart check-up and everything is good, but I'm still concerned. What could be wrong with me?

I lost hearing in my right ear suddenly, vomited, and was taken to the hospital. An MRI showed 3 small brain aneurysms, but a later scan indicated there were no aneurysms. I have conflicting test results and am baffled. I have chronic head pain since a severe head injury years ago, including a traumatic brain injury, concussion, seizure, and migraines. I also have tinnitus and pseudobulbar affect since 2010. I have atrial fibrillation from chest trauma at the same time of my injury and had cervical spine surgery two years ago. Three years ago, they found a thoracic aortic aneurysm when I couldn't breathe, and I thought I had congestive heart failure. Does this aneurysm cause breathing problems? What should I do about the recent MRI findings, and what are the chances of aneurysm rupture?

I have been taking Celexa 40 mg for several years, but I lost my insurance and now have to pay full retail. I had one refill left, but my doctor is refusing to allow any more refills. What can I do to continue getting my medication without insurance?

I have been experiencing constant light-headedness, poor balance, and narrower peripheral vision, especially when walking for extended periods. These symptoms worsen with quick movements or light physical work. I have had clean MRI and CAT scans, a slight heart murmur, and mild tinnitus. I have seen a neurologist who couldn't identify the cause. What could be causing these symptoms and how can they be managed or treated?

My brother is wheelchair bound and has a sugar-like substance leaking from his foot due to chafing, and he believes he has ants living under the chafed areas. He asked if using ant spray on the affected areas would make the condition worse. Additionally, he may be an undiagnosed diabetic and alcoholic, and has reduced sight in one eye with a history of high eye pressure and possible glaucoma.
