I am having right shoulder pain that worsens when I cough, and it has been like this for two days. The cough is somewhat constant throughout the day but gets worse at night. It is a wet and dry cough with some tightness in my chest, and I am experiencing shallow breathing due to the pain. I am currently using Mucinex and Robitussin, and I am 28 years old. I have no known allergies and have never been diagnosed with tuberculosis. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do for relief?
