I am experiencing stiffness, soreness, and swelling behind my left knee, which started about 4 weeks ago after beginning physical therapy on my right hip. I am a 40-year-old female with arthritis in my hands and am hyperextended. I take gabapentin and ibuprofen 800 mg. Could this be water on the knee (effusion), and what should I do until I can see a doctor?

I have a sinus infection and was given amoxicillin, a steroid shot, cough medicine, and albuterol for my nebulizer. My doctor said my lungs are clear and the coughing spells are from post nasal drip. I am coughing until I nearly pass out, which is making me very anxious. What else can I do for the cough?

I was diagnosed with the flu on December 26th and was given Xofluza. Two weeks later, I was prescribed Benzonate, but I am still coughing due to post nasal drip from the flu. I keep constantly coughing and needing cough drops all day even with taking Tylenol cold and flu every few hours. At what point should I go back to the doctor?
