I took a z-pak from 10/21 to 10/25. Do you think I need to be seen by a doctor, and should I expect them to examine my nose and throat in person?

I had Botox done last Wednesday, just a small amount near the puppet lines near my mouth. Now, I notice that my lip or corner of my mouth is going sideways when I talk. Could that be from the Botox? I'm on losartan 25 mg, crestor 10 mg, and metoprolol 25 mg. I cannot think of anything else in my medical history that the doctor should know.
