My partner has stage 4 kidney cancer and is currently on chemotherapy treatment following a recent spine operation. He has experienced fluid retention in his feet, possibly due to the steroids he is on, and now intense, sharp shooting pains in both knees. What could be causing these knee pains, and are they related to his low albumin levels or the recent spine surgery?
