Thereās glandular tissue present at the back of my throat on the same side that Iām experiencing the ear pain. I donāt feel sick, no fever. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

I need a note to return to work after having food poisoning last night. I feel fine now and didn't use any medication. Have I seen a doctor about food poisoning, and is there anything else in my medical history the Doctor should know?

I am 56 years old and have been suffering from chronic dry eye syndrome (DES) since 2008, which has worsened after breast implant removal in 2020. My symptoms include severe pain, redness, swelling, blurring of vision, photosensitivity, and Meibomian gland dysfunction. I have tried puncta plugs, lipiflow procedure, preservative-free lubricating drops, warm compresses, lid cleaners, and various supplements without relief. I cannot afford prescription eye drops like Restasis and Xiidra. Is there anything else you would recommend?

I've been feeling extremely dizzy today, and my blood pressure varies by up to 20 points when measured in different positions (lying, sitting, standing). I had a normal CT scan and d-dimer test two weeks ago. Should I be concerned about a blood clot or tumor in my brain, or about the dizziness causing me to pass out?
