I have had CT scans, X-rays, ultrasounds, and blood tests, which show benign cysts on my liver, kidneys, and spleen but no clear cause for the pain. The pain is particularly severe at night, making it difficult to lie on my back, right side, or left side without taking painkillers. I am a healthy 87-year-old male who exercises daily and practices karate. My doctor suspects the pain is from my back, but spinal X-rays show no issues. What could be causing this pain, and what further steps can I take to diagnose and potentially treat it?

I had an endometrial ablation on February 7. I experienced light brown discharge that turned bright red but remained very light, with small clots. I'm also taking a Z-pack for a sinus infection. Is this normal, and should I be concerned about the small clots and mild cramps?

I am 77 years old. My PSA increased from 2.8 to 6.0. I am starting an antibiotic for 3 weeks then having another PSA test. The doctor said a biopsy might be necessary depending on the result. Of course I am scared. Any advice?

I'm 26 years old and have a swollen left cheek, a sore spot on my top gums where my denture is, and a sharp point poking through due to ill-fitting dentures. The dentures were fitted while my gums were still swollen, and I've had them since June 2017. I clean them daily and sometimes sleep with them in. The swelling has been present for about 6 days, and I haven't used any medication for it. I'm scheduled to see my dentist on Monday. Is there anything I can do in the meantime to alleviate the swelling and discomfort?
