My son has a red rash with many tiny bumps behind his ears, face, shoulders, upper back, and chest. The rash started on Sunday the 31st and became quite red on February 1st. I have treated him with 10 mg of loratadine for 2 days and topical hydrocortisone. He has not complained of itch, burn, or pain, but he did start itching behind his ear today. He is Autistic and rarely complains of anything minor to do with his body. He had a recent reduction on his daily meds, per his doctor's order on January 28th. What could be causing the rash and what treatment should I follow?

I have lower right rib pain on my right side after being picked up during a pretend wrestling session. I’m worried it’s a fracture due to pain when breathing deeply and applying pressure. There is some swelling but no bruising. I had pain on both sides initially, but the left side pain has subsided. What could be causing this pain and should I be concerned about a fracture?

I was diagnosed with Major Depression and Anxiety around 3 years ago. After experiencing excessive sleepiness with Lexapro, I switched to 100 mg of Zoloft/Sertraline daily, which has helped somewhat but I still experience intense acute anxiety and depressive episodes about once a month or two. Is Zoloft the right fit, or are there other medications that could better address my ongoing symptoms?

My urinalysis came back with trace occult blood, trace WBC esterase, and crystals present, which were labeled abnormal. The rest of the results were normal. Should I do any follow up?
