My son, who is 27 years old, has been diagnosed with a hiatus hernia, which was discovered two years ago after experiencing sudden chest pain. He has since had three episodes of low blood pressure, the last one being 80/40, accompanied by symptoms like nausea and blurry vision. He has undergone various cardiac tests, including an electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, effort test, and Holter test, all of which showed normal heart function. An electroencephalogram also showed no alterations. Doctors have suggested a tilt table test to check for vasovagal syndrome. What could be causing these low blood pressure episodes and what further steps should be considered?

I have a dull sore/ache underneath my left jaw, where the jaw meets the neck (not the bony part). I feel it when I swallow, when I position my head down and let my chin touch my neck, and when I touch it with a little pressure. I don't feel any lumps or anything like that. What could this be?

I have taken melatonin for 4 days and stopped taking lexomil, which I used to take daily for anxiety and sleep issues. Now I have a headache, can't sleep, and have bloating. Should I take lexomil again?

I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago. Two weeks ago, I experienced severe left sciatic pain, which was almost gone but returned with a dull ache over my left ovary, causing significant pressure and a low-grade fever. I am taking Progesterone cream and superfoods. I also have a deep cough that appeared suddenly. What could be causing this pain, pressure, and fever, and should I go to the emergency room?

I have been experiencing episodic headaches, facial numbness, jaw pain, tingling in my face, and molar pain for about 3-4 years. My face on the left side is always numb, and the pain sometimes spreads from my left temple to my right temple. I have had an MRI that showed no brain tumor, but I have arthritis and a bulging disc in my cervical spine. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do next?
