My sugar levels are high, and I have noticed that my stool is straw-like in color. I am taking glipizide and have a history of an ulcer. Should I see a doctor about this?

I have a small tender lump just above my temple and on the side of my forehead. It is very tender, and I did not bump my head. The first couple of days, it hurt to move the muscles in that area, and the pain was radiating. Now, about 5 days later, it is still very tender, but the muscle pain is mostly replaced by what feels like a feverish headache in that area and radiating out on the front and anatomical left side of my head (the side with the tender lump). I had a cold a couple of months ago and since then, I've lost my taste, had difficulty swallowing, a sore mouth, and white spots on my tongue. Warm salt water helped my taste come back temporarily, but the issue hasn't fully resolved. How long have you been dealing with this? Does anything in particular seem to make the skin issue better or worse? Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

I have been diagnosed with active sarcoidosis affecting my heart, lungs, lymph nodes, spleen, and now my skin. I also have vitiligo and hypothyroidism. I am a healthy and fit 60-year-old female, but I am experiencing increased inflammation and reduced kidney function. I am mindful of my heart rate and fatigue, and I need advice on how to manage my health situation, including dealing with the side effects of steroid treatment for sarcoidosis.
