My throat always feels tight when I talk, making it difficult to project my voice and causing it to sound quiet and dry. It feels almost as if my throat is closing in on itself and choking me out when I talk. This is consistent throughout the whole day after only talking for a couple of minutes in the morning. It's something I've noticed over the last couple of years, and I'm 22 years old with no medications or health issues. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

I am experiencing GERD and difficulty swallowing, with a sensation of a lump in my throat. I had an endoscopy 4 years ago that showed an ulcer, but I don't want to undergo another endoscopy due to cost. I am currently taking Prilosec twice a day, but there hasn't been much improvement despite a strict diet. I am 57 years old and had a cough that has improved, but I have noticed some weight loss. What can I do to alleviate these symptoms without another endoscopy?

For the past 2 days, my throat has been hurting and it makes me feel like I can’t breathe. The pain comes and goes, is dull, and my nose just got congested today. I am 27 years old with no medical issues, no hoarseness, or mouth ulcers. Yesterday, when I was coughing, it was hurting my chest and throat. I haven't gotten the COVID vaccine. What should I do for relief and what tests should I consider?

I have been coughing and my throat hurts. I had bronchitis a month ago and it seems I didn't heal properly. The coughing started two days ago and is constant throughout the day. It is a dry cough with no tightness in my chest. I am currently using syrup, paracetamol, and an antibiotic. I am 20 years old and have no other significant medical history. What should I do?

I have been experiencing stomach discomfort, little pain, lots of churning and noises for months, which seems to be getting worse. Sometimes the pain is in the upper abdomen region, above the bellybutton, and also lower below the belly button. I hear gurgling sounds from my stomach, and the churning and noises are constant throughout the day, not just hunger. I have tried Tums and Omeprazole, but they don't help much. I am 35 years old and concerned about the embarrassment and anxiety this issue causes. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to alleviate them?
