My twenty-year-old son stepped on a rusty nail which penetrated his heel and drew blood. His last tetanus shot was probably twelve years ago. What could happen if I am unable to 'drag' him to a clinic for the tetanus shot?

I have been experiencing SOAS muscle pain in the groin and lower back, with the head of the femur not sitting properly, and my right hip wanting to rotate instead of bend. This started in June 2010 after digging out an old ivy while gardening. I have a history of anxiety and depression. What could be causing this and what should I do?

When I urinate, my urine is foamy and I think it's semen leaking. Sometimes, one or two drops of semen leak when I go for a poo. After urinating, my penis shrinks for a bit then goes back to normal. Is this normal, and could it be related to a weak parasympathetic nerve?
