My type 2 diabetes is out of control, but after a divorce I'm without insurance. I'm only 5'9 (female) and 110 lbs. I am a 24-year-old male experiencing dysuria and mucosal-like discharge for the past 14 days. The symptoms started with dysuria that worsened over time. I have had a slight ache in my right testicular area that comes and goes. I visited a doctor last year who found nothing concerning, and I had STD tests that came back negative. I finished a course of doxycycline two days ago, but the pain is still present (though lessened) and the discharge has worsened. I started a prescription of cipro two days ago, originally prescribed for urethritis. Is any of this consistent with the possibility of testicular cancer, and what further steps should I take?
