I’m afraid I may have something in my heart. Sometimes I get strong beats that can feel a little painful. It’s more scary than painful, but it’s really odd to me. I’m 24 years old, obese, and have pretty bad anxiety. My symptoms vary, sometimes it could start with a thump followed by an irregular heart rhythm, or on rare occasions I feel a strong thump mildly painful when walking up a hill or something. What could these symptoms be related to, and what should I do?

I need to have an ECG read to see if someone can be cleared for an ibogaine treatment. The person had an enlarged heart on an ECG 6 days ago, but now the new ECG shows no enlargement. Is it possible to treat an enlarged heart that fast? Additionally, I have a liver panel that needs to be looked at.

We were speaking with you yesterday about a bad skin irritation from possibly using too pure Tea tree oil on my wife’s Molluscum. It caused a large swollen red rash. We have now stopped with the TTO and have been using a medicated cream and an antihistamine but today she is in extreme pain and in tears from the itching that has now begun to happen. It was itchy before but not this bad. We are unsure what to do next. The only thing that gives her a little relief is to sit.

Three days ago, I scratched the left labia too much due to itching, causing a small cut. What can I put on it to heal and not be sore, considering I have eczema and light bleeding occurs if my underwear rubs against it?

I’ve been having problems with my right hip. I worked out about a week ago and since then, my hip gives me pain when I walk with each step. But it comes and goes. It’s going on 2 weeks now, and I haven’t seen a doctor about the pain. I also have osteochondroma, which is why I haven’t gone to see a doctor. The pain is on the side of my hip and it hurts when I walk or move it a certain way, but it doesn’t hurt when I lay down on it unless it’s positioned a certain way. Does the pain radiate down to your knee? No, only my right hip. What could be causing this pain?
