My husband is 51 years old and his PSA level has fluctuated from 6.7 to 7. He takes Zoloft, Synthroid, and vitamins for his prostate, and has no pain or other symptoms. His first PSA test was 6.7, then it went to 8.9, and after a kidney stone attack and antibiotics, it went down to 6. Yesterday's PSA was 7. His free PSA is within the normal range. What could be causing the fluctuation in PSA levels, and should we be concerned about prostate cancer? Would an MRI be sufficient to determine the cause, or should we consider a biopsy?

I received treatment for a UTI in August with Cipro, followed by symptoms of a yeast infection and another UTI. I was treated again for both conditions, but now I have heavy white discharge and black/gray wet flakes after urinating. I also have a slight itch and pain, and an ovarian cyst. What could be causing these symptoms and should I be concerned about the ovarian cyst?

I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure, and I'm taking Atorvastatin 10mg. Is there any other way to improve cholesterol levels through diet? I also have a history of high blood pressure in my family, an aneurysm that was operated on 26 years ago, arthritis in my knees and ankles, and a problem with double vision in one eye.

I tested positive for gonorrhea and my doctor wants me to take an HIV test. How can I get HIV from gonorrhea? I've had gonorrhea for about a week, finished antibiotics, and received a vaccine. I've also had chlamydia treated in the past six weeks. I'm heterosexual, use condoms, but had unprotected oral sex.
