My wife is 52 years old and has been passing blood in her urine for a week, which is not during her periods. Could this be related to her menopause?

I am 66 and have had chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and autoimmune illnesses most of my adult life. Recently, I was tested for EBV and have a high titer. My 41-year-old son believes I have given him the virus as he is tired all the time. Is it possible for me to have infected him after all these years through casual use of utensils, drinking glasses, sneezing, handling food, etc.? What information or resources can you provide?

I am 51 and have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 10 years ago, and osteoarthritis in knees, feet, and tendonitis in elbows, feet, and bursitis in shoulders in the past year. My symptoms always occur bilaterally and steroid injections have been given in shoulders, knees, and elbows. The joints get mild edema but are not warm. The problems get pretty severe but go into a sort of remission until the next bilateral joint attack occurs. My brother has rheumatoid arthritis. Are these symptoms just coincidental or could my rheumatologist be wrong that it's just osteoarthritis and tendonitis? Should I get a second opinion from another rheumatologist? My bloodwork was negative for RA.
