My wife is retaining water in her legs and feet, and she has black and blue spots the size of silver dollars on her legs. She has a doctor's appointment for the liver clinic this week. Is this a medical emergency, and should we be going to the ER?

My right arm hurts from the shoulder to the lower arm, especially when lifting objects, and the pain is intermittent. I have been lifting boxes while moving to a new house and have tried resting, NSAIDs, and heat/cold therapy, but the pain persists. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do next?

I have a 10-month-old baby and have had a mastopexy and breast implants. I did not breastfeed and still have feeling in my breasts and nipples. Recently, I've been experiencing sharp, painful nipples, especially in my right breast, that turn white when I get cold, and the pain persists until I warm up. This has happened before during my teenage years and one of my pregnancies. Now, my right breast is burning and throbbing uncomfortably for two days. I can't feel a lump, and there is no visible redness or swelling. Can you advise?
