On Tuesday afternoon, my neck started itching, and by the evening, I had developed a widespread rash and blisters all over my body, including my arms, forehead, stomach, under my breasts, and back. I went to the ER, received two shots (one steroid and one Cortizone), and took Benadryl, but the itching and rash have not improved. I am a teacher and need to get back to work. What should I do?

I am 52 years old and had a broken ankle due to a fall. After surgery with bolts and a plate, the plate moved, causing severe pain and a penguin-like walk. After six months of pain, a second consultant diagnosed arthritis, performed a scraping and bone graft, and recommended an ankle fusion. I was denied an ankle replacement and now face a non-union issue. I am in constant pain and my foot is deforming again. What should be my next steps?

I have been diagnosed with a sinus infection and have been taking ic azithromycin 250mg for six days, but my symptoms have not improved. Is this normal or is the antibiotic not effective? If this is a viral infection, are there other forms of treatment I should consider?

I have positive IgM and IgG results, and I'm experiencing athralgia, palpitations, and had multiple EM rashes about 6 weeks ago. I'm currently on oral doxycycline 100mg twice a day. Shouldn't my dose be at least 200mg twice a day?

I am a 50-year-old female with a recent pulmonary embolism, blood and white cells in my urine, and elevated liver enzymes (GGT 338, AST 50, ALT 98, ALK PHOS 79, BILIRUBIN 6, BICARBONATE 17, GLUCOSE 8.7). I have a history of NASH and am currently on warfarin. I experience right-sided back pain, occasional left-sided chest pains, frequent urination with no infection detected, nausea, headache, thirst, and fatigue. What could be causing these symptoms and elevated liver enzymes, and what should I do?
