One of my kids tested positive for Covid today. What should we do and what should we avoid to prevent spreading the virus to other family members, especially an elderly family member at risk? Should we use the air conditioner, and what about fans? Also, when should we get tested for Covid?

I had been taking a product called Cleanse More for bowel regularity every day for over a year, even though it's not intended for everyday use. I now have a sore upper stomach in the diaphragm area and have discontinued the product. Are there any dangers from having used it longer than advised, or should things settle down on their own now that I’ve stopped taking it?

Can a 19-year-old male, who recently had a vomiting stomach bug and is now struggling with heartburn, take 60-80 mg of Famotidine daily if 40mg daily is not helping? The heartburn feels like chest pain and is sometimes relieved by burping. The individual has tried 20mg of Famotidine once or twice daily, but it takes 1-2 hours to affect/subside the pain. Generic Rolaids have not helped. The person has had acid reflux as a baby but not much since then. They started Famotidine on Friday the 17th, 20mg once a day, and have not vomited since early Tuesday morning the 14th. They have had diarrhea and fever for a few days after the vomiting but not lately. They have no known chronic conditions and are not currently taking medications regularly other than Famotidine and antacids.
