Should I be worried about having nodules on my liver, especially since my SGGT count has increased from 46 to 56 over 4 years, and I am scheduled for a follow-up sonar to check for changes in the nodules?

I had a work injury and was sent to physical therapy, but later found out I have a hairline fracture on my elbow. The orthopedic surgeon said it's too late to do anything and advised to go back to physical therapy. I have other medical conditions including ischemic colitis, bi-polar disorder, hysterectomy, and gallbladder removal. I don't feel comfortable going back to physical therapy. Should I see another doctor?

I am currently taking Prilosec OTC 40 mg/day for acid reflux and Lorazepam 0.5 mg nightly for anxiety/insomnia. I am experiencing painful stomach pain. Could it be due to an interaction between the two drugs? Can these two drugs be taken together safely?

I have a prescription for Hydrocodone/acet 5-325. I take Atacand, Amlodipine, Prednisone, and Xanax daily. I am allergic to some antibiotics. Sometimes, the prescription for Hydrocodone/acet fails me in the middle of the day. Since I usually take one in the early morning and one before bed, would it be okay if I took a Tylenol 500mg?
