I had gallbladder surgery in March 2017 and haven't had a bowel movement since then. I've tried drinking water, taking Movantik, prune juice, and Miralax with no results. I take an iron pill and am on 50mg of Seroquel. My anxiety is high, and I haven't seen a doctor yet. How can I have a bowel movement to avoid a blockage?

I have chronic pancreatitis and haven't drank for 3 years until 5 months of drinking. Can it cause exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI)? I am concerned because my daughters might think I've been drinking for 5 years, and I want to clarify if years of alcohol abuse can cause the problem, not the recent drinking.

I've used Afrin for my sinus congestion and still haven't been able to smell or taste for 4 days. I used it for 2 days and haven't used it since Wednesday. I went to a doctor for a cough and they said it was viral, and the congestion came about a week later. I'm 24 years old and this has never happened before. I don't currently have sinus and congestion. What could be causing this and what should I do?

About an hour ago, my vision suddenly changed and everything became cloudy, making it hard to see. This is the first time this has happened. The cloudiness has been stable. I am 49 years old, diabetic, have high blood pressure, and have been experiencing sour belching, passing a lot of gas, and dark bowel movements for the last couple of months. What could be causing this sudden vision change?

His breathing seems normal, but he has been coughing off and on for a few hours, occasionally coughing up small amounts of liquid.
