I’m unsure if I have the flu, bronchitis, pneumonia, or just the common cold. I’ve had COVID-19 before and it doesn’t feel like that. I’m experiencing symptoms such as sore throat, sneezing, stuffy/runny nose, headaches, coughing, chest pain while swallowing and coughing, hoarseness, and congestion. No fever. Is it safe to take Pepcid for these symptoms, and can you diagnose me based on my symptoms?

I had a risky sexual encounter 10 months ago and noticed my eyes are yellowing in the corners, tear ducts look bigger, and under my eyelids are blood red. I am concerned about the color and worried I may have hepatitis B. Does my eye look like there's a health issue? I was on Keflex for 10 days and my eyes seemed to clear up but have since gone back to a pallid yellowish color in the corners. Please advise!
