I have right side chest pain radiating under the right arm above the elbow with some pins and needles, also radiating into the right side of the throat. The pain is extreme just below the throat when bending. How long have you had this? Do you have any medical problems? Are you taking any medications? How old are you?

My 5-year-old grandchild has a good chance of inheriting Milroy's disease. Is there any hope or treatment that she can have before this affects her? Could stem cell research help?
