I went to urgent care due to a UTI and experienced major vertigo and nausea. I was taking AZO Cranberry and was prescribed Macrobid for the infection and Meclizine for dizziness. I have had UTIs before but never experienced such severe vertigo. Could AZO be causing this side effect? What other steps can I take to alleviate the dizziness?
