I have been experiencing tongue twitching, specifically a small area to the right of the tip of my tongue that feels like someone is flicking it. I am concerned that this could be ALS. The twitching is not constant and has been coming and going. Should I be overly concerned? Additionally, I have had muscle twitches around my body that have returned today.

I have a question about tapering off a medicine I’m currently taking. I’ve been taking .25mg of alprazolam once a day for about 5 weeks. It has helped, but I’m nervous about tapering off. Are you currently using any other medications? How old are you? Do you have any other medical history the Doctor should know?
