I took fungal medication (Fluconazole) and Zefron for nausea earlier this morning and now I'm feeling dizzy and unfocused. Should I be worried? I'm also experiencing fatigue, uneasy intestines, mild vertigo, heart palpitations, and a burning sensation on the back and side of my head. I have a history of anxiety and PCOS. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

Good morning Dr. Phil, it’s Gina. On Sunday night, I felt a small lump in my throat. Early Monday morning, I woke up with a sore throat. I gargled with warm salt water, drank water, and took it easy, going to bed early. My period is also coming. I woke up several times during the night with an achy upper body, stomach, and breast discomfort, which feels higher than normal cramps. This morning, my throat doesn’t hurt as much, but I’m tired, feel run down, my head feels a little heavy, and I have a slight cough. What could be going on?

I had stomach flu a week ago and have not had a bowel movement since Friday night. I've been eating regularly and taking fiber, but still no bowel movement. Additionally, I've been experiencing stomach cramps, soft stools, and frequent gurgling sounds in my stomach, especially upon awakening. I had a colonoscopy in late 2020, which was normal, and I've had issues with gas and bloating since my gallbladder surgery in 2016. Could the recent stomach virus have triggered IBS, and what OTC medications can I take before consulting my GI doctor?

I have a sore spot on the inside of my right thigh, near the knee, which is sore to pressure and noticeable when walking. I recently played tennis and noticed it in the shower. There is no bump or skin redness, and the surface of the skin appears normal. I am unsure of the cause and whether it is normal for the soreness to be confined to one spot on the gracilis muscle. Can you advise on the type of injury/issue, muscle or tendon involved, and the reason for this type of injury/issue?
