I have a persistent tickling sensation on the top of my skin, particularly in my legs, which is driving me insane. The sensation improves if I rub the area, but it comes back. I also feel a pressure sensation in my right leg when taking a step down. I initially thought it might be restless leg syndrome, but it's better when I'm laying down and I don't have the urge to move my legs. I'm concerned and anxious that it might be something serious. What could this be, and what tests should I consider to determine the cause?
