I have been experiencing headaches on the right side of my head near my temple for a month. I have neck and back pain on the right side, a history of TMJ, and have recently had a baby. I've been experiencing anxiety and varying intensity panic attacks, but the dizziness that starts 5 minutes after I wake up and continues throughout the day until I fall asleep at night is the most psychologically draining issue. My dizziness varies from micro bursts of spinning, feeling lightheaded, and being pulled to the side, to moments where my brain seems to shut down for a split second. When it's at its worst, I become slow, can't concentrate, and my speech and memory are affected. I sleep around 8 hours at night and take a 1-hour nap in the afternoon, but this doesn't help. What could be causing this dizziness and what should I do?

My son was hospitalized on April 15, 2011, with an inflamed liver. During his stay, he was diagnosed with a blocked stent, a heart infection, and needed a bypass. After several days of treatment, he experienced a panic attack and later passed away due to left ventricular failure, bronchopneumonia, myocardial infarction, and coronary artery atheroma. I am seeking answers as to why he was moved out of bed so soon after having tubes removed, which I believe contributed to his passing. Can you provide an honest answer?
