On July 23, I made a deep wound on the side of my foot with a piece of glass. I went to the doctor, who cleaned the wound and gave me 5 stitches. It's been approximately 19 days. I have been experiencing night sweats, feeling warm most of the night, and sometimes during the day. I have been on antibiotics for a tooth and sinus infection. I am also feeling weak and tired as the day progresses, possibly due to the infection, prolonged antibiotic use, and a restricted diet. Additionally, I have an ulnar styloid fracture and esophagus irritation from the antibiotic. What should I do to manage these symptoms and conditions?
