I am experiencing heavy menstrual bleeding with clots, requiring me to change my fully soaked pad every hour or less. I had my regular period on December 9, which was comparatively lighter. This morning, I started bleeding out of nowhere, and it's so heavy that I have to change pads every 60 minutes or less. I am also passing clots. Should I go to the ER, and do ER doctors know about this stuff?

Both armpits are swollen with red circles and hurt. This happened within days. I also had fever for one day which already came down and started getting lightheaded as well. Is the area very itchy? Are antibiotics okay for this? Will this cause fever or was my fever episode completely unrelated to this?

I tested negative for Strep, don't have a cold or fever, and got the flu shot two days before symptoms appeared. I'm allergic to penicillin. My lymphocytes absolute count is 3907. Should I be concerned, especially given that my WBC is mid-range and my lymphocytes percentage is also mid-range? I have a history of hypertension under control and cholesterol managed, and recently had a bad case of hemorrhoids.
