I have had problems with my spleen for two or more years. I have been to multiple doctors, had various scans (sonar grams, CT scans, MRI scans), and was previously misdiagnosed and treated for a type of leukemia. What do I do next regarding my spleen issue?

I have been taking venlafaxine for about 4 years at a dose of 150mg every morning. I have not missed a dose in months, but I am experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms despite taking the medication regularly. I have no recent changes in dosage, no lifestyle changes, and no other medical issues except for slight weight gain. I am also taking synthroid for hypothyroidism and have been diagnosed with PTSD and TBI. What could be causing these withdrawal symptoms?
