I have a small marble-sized lump on my inner thigh near my groin. It's hard, red on top, and uncomfortable to walk or move around due to rubbing. I've been cleaning it with apple cider vinegar and turmeric, but it hasn't improved. I tried to open it with a sterilized xacto knife and got some clear liquid out, but there's no white head or pus. What could it be, and what should I do?

We discovered a lump on the back of my daughter's neck and ear. It doesn't bother her, she doesn't cry when we touch her and she is acting completely normal. Should we be concerned? We noticed it 4 days ago but because it didn't bother her, we didn't think anything of it. But tonight I noticed it has red, pink skin that is peeling. Looks as if it's the head of a pimple.
