What does an incomplete right bundle branch block (RBBB) mean, how serious is it, and what can I do to fix it? Could it be related to taking Claritin, Tums, or my mild calcification of the aorta?

I have been experiencing a metallic taste in my mouth and occasional blood in my sputum for the past 6 weeks. I have seen an ENT doctor and a dentist, both of whom found nothing abnormal. I have also had an EGD and a chest X-ray, which showed no issues. I am taking omeprazole and Allegra, and I do not have a chronic cough. I am worried about lung cancer, especially since I have a gene mutation (APC) that increases cancer risk. What could be causing this blood in my sputum, and how can you be sure it's not lung cancer?

I have been experiencing migraines since suffering whiplash in a 2018 auto accident. The migraines are accompanied by photophobia, dizziness, and cognitive issues, and are worse in summer. MRI results show low-lying cerebellar tonsils, and I have tried various treatments including supplements and medications like Claritin-D and ibuprofen/Tylenol, but the migraines persist and seem to be worsening. My neurologist attributes these to post-accident migraines. I am seeking a second opinion on whether this could be something more serious, such as Chiari I malformation, or if I am just dealing with chronic migraines.
