What does it mean when your fingertips burn for no reason, and what should I do about it? I'm 55 years old, on Odansetron for nausea, and recently had a virus or flu-like illness, which has led to gastric distress and difficulty digesting solid food. Additionally, I was told my potassium is low, and I've been eating a banana daily since then.

I am 72 years old with diabetes type 2, taking metformin and trulicity. I have long COVID-related inflammation on my left side and sporadic pain on my left foot near the toes, which feels like it could be gout or an infection. The pain is tender and feels as though something was dropped on it, but there was no impact. I have been experiencing this since July 22. I also have a history of using metformin since 2004, hydrochlorothiazide, losartan, levothyroxine, a multivitamin, and significant pain on my left side, including cervical spine issues and torticollis. I am not currently seeing a doctor for these issues.

For the past 3 days, I have had a constant dry cough, a blocked nose causing heavy breathing, a sore throat, and headaches, particularly at night. I am 22 years old, have a deviated septum, and have taken MUCUS D without relief. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

I haven't eaten in 3 days and felt lightheaded. I'm 52 years old, have anxiety and hypertension, and have not been drinking adequate water due to stress. What should I do?

I have been sick for over two weeks with a constant dry cough, ear ache, plugged-up feeling, chest pain, and sometimes tightness in the chest. I don't take any medications and I'm 37 years old. I may have had fevers in the early stages of the illness, but no shortness of breath. My throat hurts and I can't stop coughing. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a small query regarding my thyroid. I got my thyroid test done and it shows that T4 levels are low, not within the range. I have symptoms like eating very little but not losing any weight and experiencing constipation. What could be the cause of these symptoms and should I be concerned about my thyroid levels?
