What is a standard or sufficient follow-up RAI dose in MCI units for someone in my circumstance? Does 'Lymphovascular Invasion is present' mean there is a possibility of spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body? Are the symptoms of cold intolerance, fatigue, and mind fog normal due to having no thyroid and not yet being allowed to take thyroid hormone meds? How long after RAI treatment can I start on the hormones and when will these symptoms go away? Are there dangers with a 100MCI dosage and future side effects? If I am someone who generally handles higher dosages of medication less effectively, will the same apply with RAI treatment? How long should I keep my distance from family after RAI treatment? Is it okay to be without a thyroid and without medications for nearly 7 weeks? Could being hypothyroid cause severe health issues? Is the low iodine diet important for RAI treatment, and is 5 days of it enough?

Will Manuka Honey, which has high antibiotic effects, affect the effectiveness of my birth control pills in the same way that some antibiotics do, as my doctor always warns that 'your birth control pills may not work as well while on this meds'?

Is it common for those who use Valacyclovir to experience an increase in symptoms when taking it daily? Specifically, I am experiencing increased genital itching and discomfort, moderate painful swelling of the legs and body, and hives on my tongue, lips, face, eyes, and body swelling approximately 12 hours after taking the drug. I am also on other medications such as nortriptyline, topiramate, metformin, Elmiron, and trospium chloride, and previously took propanolol, which I believe may have interacted with Valacyclovir.

I am taking Depakote and Trazadone. I am not bipolar. Would it be a good idea to add an antidepressant such as Sertraline? I have been to a few doctors, and while my original doctor thought I was bipolar, other doctors disagree. I am currently in therapy and have always been angry, but my depression increased after I retired. My job gave me a sense of purpose, and since I retired, I feel useless and hate being retired.
