I have an upcoming urine analysis (UA) on Monday, May 17. I have been using cocaine periodically, with the last use being on Saturday, May 8th. I have been drinking apple cider vinegar and water, and plan to work out vigorously. Should I use a 2-day body cleanser, and will the trace enzyme stored in my fat be detected in the UA?

I had my appendix removed on August 15th due to acute appendicitis. About 4 weeks ago, I went to the ER with abdominal/pelvic pain, and a CT scan showed slightly prominent lymph nodes near the appendix site and a small cyst on my right ovary. I still have discomfort in the right abdominal/pelvic region, which feels better with heat or when lying down. My bowel movements have changed post-surgery, becoming more frequent without a change in appearance. I worry that something was missed. What could be causing this discomfort, and should I be concerned about the lymph nodes and cyst?

I have a persistent muscle problem in the top of my left buttock that has been bothering me for months. I've tried rubbing cream into the area, which is quite sore, and have also been to physiotherapy, Bowen therapy, and taken anti-inflammatory tablets, but I still haven't found relief. Can you help me?

I have an infected thumb nail under an acrylic nail manicure. I went to the emergency room and they lanced under the nail and extracted puss. I have been soaking the finger with warm water and Epsom salt and keeping it covered and draining. I am on 500mg of Bactrim 2X a day, but it's still a mess. Is there any antibacterial soak I can use to help the drainage, and am I wrong to keep it wet and draining?
