I also have fatigue and a history of Crohn's disease, which is currently under control. The pain is affected by movement. What could be causing this pain and what can I do to manage it?

I have severe stomach pain and bloating. The pain is sharp and has been interfering with my daily activities. I am 67 years old and diabetic. I am not taking any medications and have no history of diverticular disease. The symptoms started this afternoon and the pain is all over my stomach. I have some constipation but no blood in my stool, fever, or chills. What could be causing this and what should I do?
