What is on my tonsils, and what should I do about the whitish area that appears to cover the whole top of the tonsil and cannot be wiped away? I am 35 years old, have been dealing with throat issues for 3 months, including a sore throat and small mouth ulcers.

I am a Canadian resident with a persistent stuffed nose that started after recovering from COVID-4-5 months ago. The congestion is severe, and I have noticed blood and pus when blowing my nose. I tried using tweezers to remove the blockage, which may have worsened the situation. I also have type II diabetes, treated, and my A1C is normal. What could be causing this issue, and what should I do?

My child, who is a little over 1 year old, keeps holding onto her tummy area, face down, extending her one leg straight and shaking. She has been having difficulty sleeping and only does this behavior in her crib. What could be causing this behavior and should I be concerned about autism or other neurological issues?

I just underwent a 4-way CABG on 8/29/22 and was sent home on September 3rd. I started experiencing slight increases in shortness of breath (SOB) but no pain, and now I am having sternal clicking with breathing. It almost feels like I have pockets of air in my chest. Is this normal, and should I be concerned?
