I had chest X-rays taken due to pain near my ribs. I am 30 years old and currently taking celecoxib, vitamin D, and B12. I would like to know about the results of the X-rays and if there are any concerns such as fractures, air filling near the lungs, or tumors.

On Monday night, my upper lip swelled up. I have been to urgent care, received a steroid shot, and tried allergy medication. The swelling is still present but starting to go down after the shot. My lip is tender to touch. I have a history of low iron and a blood clot in my lung three years ago. I am unsure if this could be related to Bell's palsy, as someone mentioned it might be isolated to the lips. What could be causing this swelling, and what should I do next?

I have recurrent headaches and an MRI brain result showing chronic small vessel disease. I am a 47-year-old female with a history of pulmonary embolism and elevated d Dimer, ESR, and cardiolipin tests, for which I take Eliquis. My headaches are left-sided, focused on the temple area, and sometimes radiate to other areas on the left side of my head. My neurologist thinks they are migraines, but I'm not sure. What does chronic small vessel disease mean for me, and is it related to my clotting history? Who should I consult for this condition: a neurologist, hematologist, or cardiologist?
