What is the cost of a question on JustAnswer, and can I speak with Frontline Doctors who are COVID-aware? Specifically, I want to discuss my nephew's condition who has COVID despite being vaccinated, is overweight, and has a persistent cough. He is taking Vitamin D and Paxlovid. I am trying to convince him to take Vitamin C but am unsure of the dosage. Additionally, I am concerned about the use of Remdesivir and the recommendation (or lack thereof) for Ivermectin.

I have a painful, non-itchy rash under my left armpit. I recently switched deodorants and noticed the rash tonight. I am 24 years old, male, and take Welbutrin and Viibryd daily. I had unprotected sex in early June and had an HIV test a month later, which was non-reactive. Should I be concerned about the rash and the HIV test results?

I was with a girl, and I had cotton underwear on with thin shorts over them. She straddled me in her panties, and I came in my shorts, which soaked through, creating a visible wet spot. I changed within 10-15 seconds. Am I at risk of pregnancy from this situation?

I've had a couple of funny episodes over the past few days where I feel a sudden dizziness/vertigo. It's as if the floor falls away from me for a second and I have to readjust my vision. I am very tired. Also, the family has had various viruses in the past couple of weeks so perhaps it is a viral thing. And I have quite bad neck and shoulder pain so I wonder if that might be contributing. In between episodes I feel alright, although sometimes a little bit of dizziness. Going through quite a lot of stress too, so I guess it could be anxiety. Can it be anything sinister? I don't think I have any other symptoms that are noteworthy but please do tell me if there are any I should be on the look out for.

I started exercising again after a year-long break, focusing on high-volume bodyweight exercises like pushups, pull-ups, and squats. After noticing intense pain in my left flank, I went to the doctor, who suggested it might be muscular. I had bloodwork and a urine culture, which were normal. I also drank more beer than usual over the weekend. My main concern is whether rhabdomyolysis is a possibility given my symptoms and recent activities. My urine hasn't darkened, and I had a normal chemistry panel and urinalysis six weeks ago.

I have been experiencing chest pain for around 5 months, particularly when I move my head downward in a circular motion. The pain is on the right side of my chest and is a sharp dull ache. I have been prescribed ibuprofen, but it doesn't help. I do stretches and exercise regularly, and the pain is not aggravated by hand or chest movements during exercise. I have no history of fever involving joint pains, but stress and anxiety do make the symptoms worse. I am 15 years old, male, not diabetic, and have no family history of coronary artery disease or congenital heart disease. I have not had any lab examinations for this pain, but I am considering getting an MRI. Today, I also felt a slight burning sensation on the right side of my chest, which went away.
